L'appartement est situé à Saint-Denis (à 3 minutes du métro Basilique sur la 13)
80 m² avec balcon, tout équipé/meublé,
pour 315€ par mois toutes charges comprises (eau + chauffage + électricité + internet + téléphone illimité).
Possibilité d'APL (environ 100€).
Attention ! Pas de chambre individuelle : il y a en tout 5 colocataires pour 3 chambres, donc il faut partager les espaces !
C'est le seul inconvénient, sinon c'est un appart super cool avec des gens supers sympas ! Nous parlons francais pour certains, anglais pour d'autres.

Hello everyone!
We're looking for a new roommate of our flat. We're all in our mid-20s(3 boys, 2 girls) and speak both French and English.
The flat is situated in Saint-Denis and it's just 3minutes walk away from the metro station 'Basilique de St-denis(Line 13)'.
The apartment is 80m2 and has everything that you need for living
- washing machine, freezer, toaster, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishs and pans with dishwasher etc.
WIFI internet, freebox, and free phone calls are also available.
The neighborhood is quite pleasant. 'Basilique' is the first gothic cathedral in France with very beautiful staind glasses. And the 'Paris 8 University' is just one station away, you can enter the library there freely.
The rent is 315euro/month included all charges.
If you are student you can also benefit from social welfare for living by French government(APL), it's about 100euro for a month.
You can move in from 1st July and we're looking for a person who will stay here more than 2 months.
The only thing that I want to make clear is that *** there is no individual room***, we all sleep together in three bedrooms. It's the only inconvenience of our flat. But we're all very friendly and responsible so, you're gonna love the life here
